Dan Bates will join Adrian Jenkins of Pixel Financial to provide a first analysis of the local government finance settlement.
Adrian will outline the main features of the settlement, with particular focus on the technical changes made to funding distributions.
Dan will investigate the distributional implications of the settlement, focusing on authority types and regions.
